This free community event on October 31 offers a fun afternoon of trick-or-treating for children at participating downtown Billings businesses. Join the downtown community– including Global Village — for a safe and family-friendly Halloween celebration. The DBA office at 2815 2nd Ave. N. will provide Trick-or-treat bags and maps of participating locations are available at the DBA office at 2815 2nd Avenue North.
